GUIDE  TO  BETTER  CLEANING

  • Fill the JAR No.1 with any good make of solution and second and third Jars with Petrol.
  • Fill the Jar's about two-third, so that the basket should be entirely immersed in the solution. If the basket is not entirely immersed in the solution it will produce undue foam or leather.
  • Dismantle all the parts of the Watch and put them into the basket. Do not remove the hair-spring from the Balance Wheel. Place the large parts in the large Bottom Basket and smaller parts in the small compartments provided in the upper basket. Do not place small and delicate parts with large-ones to avoid breakage. Place the cover on the top.
  • Attach the basket to the Motor, Immerse the basket in Jar No.1 containing watch Cleaning solution: start the Motor as well as Heater by means of Switches provided in the machine. In this way by the time the Basket is ready for drying chamber, the maximum heat will have been obtained.
  • Rotate the basket in the JAR No.1 for 2 to 3 minutes, than raise the basket a little above the solution and let it spin for a few seconds long enough to throw off the surplus solution. Next immediately immerse the Basket in Jar No.2 containing Petrol, rotate the basket for 2 or 3 minutes then raise the basket, throw off surplus Petrol as before, place the basket into the Third JAR containing petrol. Perform the same operation and transfer the basket to the heating Chamber for five minutes low speed. Now the Watrch-parts are ready for assemble.

GUARANTEE

  • Whenever the soiution is changed the Jars should be' thoroughly cleaned
  • Machine should be cleaned from inside from time to time. The Centre Column should not be greased or oiled and should be kept clean and dry, as this will mini mise wear a.nd tear and will make easy up and down. movement of the motor bracket.
  • Upper bush of the motor should be oiled twice a year with good quality mobileoil.
  • The proper functioning of the regulator can only be checked when the basket is in the solution or petrol.
  • After 50-60 cleaning of watches the solution should be replaced.
